Have you lost someone or something recently and are finding it difficult to manage the emotions you feel?
Or perhaps your loss was a while ago and you are still struggling with the pain and finding it difficult to move forward in life?
This course is for you, no matter what type of grief you may be facing – it may be the loss of a loved one, loss of a pet, loss of job, relationship or freedom. Grief is an inevitable part of life and it comes in many forms.
We have developed this 4 week course, combining modalities that we have used over a number of years with grieving clients, including Emotional freedom techniques, mindfulness, compassion work and meditation. We integrate these tools and techniques, together with your individual experiences (and our own experiences of grief) to offer a safe and supportive online space for you to grow through your grief.
Our aim is to help you to acknowledge and be with the emotions of grief and work through them in order to move into a space of love and kindness for yourself and find space to move forward (not move on) in your life, integrating your loss and continuing your connection with your loved one (and/or yourself).
Each week we will explore a different aspect of grief, such as difficult emotions and guilt and provide you with some tools and techniques to take forward with you into your life. This is also a safe and supportive space for you to meet others who may by facing similar challenges.
Week 1 – We will provide space for your o acknowledge an honour exactly what it is you are feeling – How is your grief showing up for you?
Week 2- We will explore sadness in grief and help your to process some of these feelings.
Week 3 – We will dig a little deeper into the physical and emotional pain of loss
Week 4 – We will explore the common feeling of guiltwithin grief and how this might show up when considering moving forward and integrating your loss.
This online course had been developed to help you during your own individual grief journey.
This course will provide the space for you to explore your feelings, and how your emotions, or perhaps apparent lack of them are affecting you.
