As many of you know I am an EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and trainer and have specialised in working with grief for over 10 years now. In light of the present situation we find ourselves in I have decided to do fortnightly webinars.  This one will be exploring Complicated Grief this can have serious implications to you physical, mental and emotional well-being. Complicated grief can have far reaching effects and is really worth fully understanding to be able to help your clients and yourselves if this is applicable to your own grieving experience.  Complicated grief in most simplistic terms can be seen as grief  upon grief and with us coming out of  lockdown now, this may be an area of grief which is seen more and more. As usual there will be plenty of time for tapping and a short meditation to conclude.
