As many of you know I am an EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and trainer and have specialised in working with grief for over 10 years now. In light of the present situation we find ourselves in I have decided to do fortnightly webinars.  This one will be exploring Disenfranchised Grief this can have serious implications to you physical, mental and emotional well-being. Disenfranchised grief is when a grief is not recognised by society or even when well meaning friends attempt to set a time scale to grief.  Most relevant to lockdown, it can also be when usual funeral ceremonies or rituals are not allowed. As usual there will be plenty of time for tapping and a short meditation to conclude.
