Myself and the wonderful Lisa Barry are really looking forward to sharing this new workshop, using colour therapy, colour psychology, using the @colour_mirrors system which invites you to look and feel through the spiritual lens of colour to support you on your grief journey.
We will be bring my experiences working as a grief specialist and Lisa’s extensive knowledge as as Colour Mirrors Practitioner and trainer together to help and support you through your grieving experience.
We are both advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioners along with many other energy techniques which we will bring to the workshop along with our caring, compassionate way of BE-ing, knowledge and wisdom to support you at all times.
It will be a small group of souls to share the experience together, very experiential with all the Colour Mirrors bottles and essences,
guided meditations, chakra balancing and supportive creative exercises.
There will be tears but there will be fun and laughter too and a sense of unity and sharing 
in the beautiful village and energy of Mells in the Tithe Barn circa 1400c.
