The benefits of meditation are well documented and include increased creativity, increased focus, reduced stress and anxiety, emotional balance, reduced depression, it triggers the brains relaxation response, improved memory, decreases blood pressure and there are many, many more benefits too.

About the course


This is a 6 weeks beginners course in meditation and as such will include experiencing 2 or 3 different types of meditation each week, so you can discover your favourite type of meditation. We will work at a gentle pace, so the practice is enjoyable and not an effort. You will have time to reflect on your experiences and journal them or share them with the group if you wish. We will also do some other activities, which will be supportive of your meditation experiences each week.

What’s included


The course will run on a Wednesday evenings starting at 7pm and finishing at 8.30 each week. To book your place on the course please email me.
