Sacred Grief Circle

This is a monthly gathering for those grieving from any form of loss, including bereavement, breakdown of a relationship, loss of work, loss of health. If you are experiencing any form of loss you are very welcome to join us on our monthly gathering. Whether your loss was a long time ago or is still very raw you are welcome.

In this sacred online circle we will  explore lots of different way to help you integrate your loss into your life. This is your sacred space. We will explore how the wheel of the year can support you in your grieving journey. There will be opportunities to share or sit in silence whatever is right for you each month. This monthly gathering is for you and there will be support on many levels. With gentle techniques to help with the emotional pain, practical exercises to help you navigate your daily life, there will be time to honour those who have died, or honour the situation you are in. There will be explorations into the supportive power of tapping, colour and creativity. We will look at ways to use the immense energy of grief to transform your life and of course there will be many varied meditations.

These gatherings are once a month and this next one is on the 28th August, from 2pm-4pm UK time.
