As many of you know I am an EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and trainer and have specialised in working with grief for over 10 years now. In light of the present situation we find ourselves in I have decided to do fortnightly webinars.  This one will be exploring Anticipatory Grief this can have serious implications to you physical, mental and emotional well-being. Anticipatory grief is a grief not well discussed but can so very difficult to deal with. This webinar will explore many aspects of anticipatory grief enabling you to feel confident to help your clients and yourselves if this is applicable to your own grieving experience.  Anticipatory grief is the name given to the overwhelming feelings and reactions which can occur when someone is expecting the death of a loved one. The unknown element of this grief can be very distressing for those experiencing it, so we will discuss ways to help those clients.  As usual there will be plenty of time for tapping and a short meditation to conclude.
